Patient’s main concern was the shape and alignment of the front teeth.
Ortho treatment was done in the past.
Ideal treatment would be to redo ortho treatment to fix alignment, then restore with composite resin OR porcelain veneers. Patient accepted compromised plan based on finance and time.
