Marlyand Bridge (E.Max)

Patient had unfortunately decoronated 12 (previous PBM).
Removal of 12, preserving buccal plate (in the future I would consider socket preservation to further prevent loss of bone volume)
Wait 3-4 months for healing of ridge - valplast in the meantime.
Preparation of 13 and 12 palatal surfaces for E.max prosthesis.
